March 15 - Labor Day: 8AM Monday - Friday, 9AM Saturday & Sunday.
Day after Labor Day - March 14: 9AM Monday - Friday, 9AM Saturday & Sunday.

2024 Long Island Stargazing Dashboard Permit

Valid for Long Island State Parks ONLY

Stargazing Permit allows after sunset parking at designated parking lots for the purpose of STARGAZING. Permittee must possess a valid motor vehicle registration and driver license and must remain in parking lot near vehicle and be actively stargazing with a telescope or binoculars.
