March 15 - Labor Day: 8AM Monday - Friday, 9AM Saturday & Sunday.
Day after Labor Day - March 14: 9AM Monday - Friday, 9AM Saturday & Sunday.

The Nighttime Photography Permit allows after sunset parking in designated lots for the purpose of NIGHTTIME PHOTOGRAPHY with access to beachfront. Permittee must possess valid motor vehicle registration and driver license.
